OVERVIEW

This safari offers you an opportunity to discover the wonders of nature in Uganda’s tourist destinations and this tour covers four of the ten National park in Uganda. This trip engages your entire mind and uplifts your soul as you combine with the ultimate gorilla experience, chimpanzee trekking and it gives you an opportunity to encounter the true African wilderness and the primate capital of the world. You will engage in Uganda safari to Kibale national park, Bwindi impenetrable national park, Murchison Falls National Park and Kidepo Valley National Park. You will engage in various activities during 9 days’ tour such as chimpanzee trekking, Bigodi experience during your visit to Kibale national park, gorilla habitation in Bwindi impenetrable national park as well as morning game drive, boat cruise in Murchison falls national park and Kidepo Valley National Park. You will be given an opportunity to spot a variety of animals like leopards, lions, elephants, buffalos, water buck, wall hogs, giraffe, cheetahs, and very many others if nature allows.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer To Kidepo Valley National Park. 

After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park through typical Uganda communities with some stopovers for stretching and en-route lunch, you’ll enjoy viewing the Kidepo land scape which is one of tremendous drama with the grass lands roamed by big game favourites. Arriving late at the lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive and Cultural Encounter.

After breakfast, you’ll go for early morning game drive in Narus valley in search for buffalos, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, lions, waterbucks, giraffe, after go back to the lodge for lunch and refreshments. In the evening you will go for a cultural encounter to visit the Karamojong people. You will enjoy seeing their unique dressing code with stripped fabrics, traditional tools like knives, arrows, bows and stool and you will also enjoy their traditional dances.

Day 3: Transfer To Murchison Falls National Park.

After breakfast you will transfer to Murchison Falls National Park which is approximately 7-8 hours driving. You will go to the magnificent Murchison falls. You will visit the famous falls and will have an incredible experience, enjoy listening to the sound of the flowing water.

Day 4; Game Drive And Boat Cruise.

After breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive and it will take you 2-3hours. You will be given an opportunity to spot animals like lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, warthogs, and very many others if nature allows. Return to the lodge for lunch and refreshment after and then transfer for the afternoon boat cruise on the Albert Nile which will give you an exciting panoramic views at the bottom of the might falls. You will be given an opportunity to observe crocodiles, hippos, and birds on the river bank like kingfisher cormorants, bee carter and shoe bills.

DAY 5; Transfer to Fort Portal and Amabeere Ganyina Mwiru.

After breakfast, you transfer to Kibale national park which is approximately 10hours. You will have lunch in Fort Portal town and enjoy a tour of the surrounding as you visit the crater lakes and Amabeere Ga Nyina Mwiru. You will also visit the Toro king’s palace and then proceed to Kibale forest. Arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight

DAY 6; Chimpanzee tracking and nature walk.

After breakfast, you will go for a morning nature walk and chimpanzee trekking in the wild which will give you an opportunity to enjoy one of east Africa’s most beautiful and varied forest and you will be able to view variety of birds and other animal species and after return to the lodge and relax.

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Kasese to Nkuringo Sector. Check in Nkuringo Gorilla Safari Lodge.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa trail.

After breakfast, you will drive to the park headquarters for briefing and later you will explore the mist covered jungles, the ranger will lead you into the thick jungles full to the brim with wild life and this may take 4-8hours depending on the movement of the gorillas.

Day 9: Return Back To Kampala For Your Flight With En-Route Lunch
